The data

Our datasets are assembled from public-domain government sources (HUD, USDA, OCC, FFIEC, SEC, USASpending, the U.S. Census Bureau, and state agencies). We process, link, and correct these sources on a best-effort basis. Data is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Source vintages are displayed alongside figures; underlying records may contain errors introduced by the original filers.

No advice

Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. Figures such as readiness ranks and timeliness proxies are documented sorting heuristics, not recommendations or assessments of any property, company, or security.

Acceptable use

You may use the free tier for evaluation and research with attribution. Systematic scraping, bulk redistribution of the dataset, or resale of the data requires a commercial agreement — contact us. Contact information surfaced by paid features may not be used for unsolicited bulk communication in violation of applicable law (including CAN-SPAM and the TCPA).
